FREE Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $150 for all domestic orders within Australia. All orders under AUD $150 have a flat rate of $10.

We process all orders Monday–Friday and aim to have your product(s) dispatched within 3 business days.

Standard Delivery Timeline

We endeavour to deliver all products within 5–10 business days to the address specified during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been picked and packed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track its delivery. If you have not received tracking details, your order is still being packed and is yet to be dispatched.

What if I'm Not Home?

Our courier will either re-attempt delivery the next business day, or leave a card for collection from your nearest post office.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Once your parcel is set for delivery, you can opt for Authority to Leave, where the parcel will be left at the driver's discretion without a signature.

When selecting ATL, you accept full responsibility for safe delivery. TAIAO & ORA cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing parcels as a result of this option. We highly recommend keeping the default signature-on-delivery option.

Returns

TAIAO & ORA wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about an item purchased online, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed, in a resalable condition, with all packaging, swing tags and accessories.

No refund will be processed for items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, we do not accept the following under our change of mind policy: all items marked final sale; underwear, socks, headwear and drinkware due to hygiene reasons; gift cards and vouchers.

Refund Processing

Once item(s) are received and confirmed resalable, please allow up to 7–10 days for the refund to appear on your statement. A full refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method. Original and return postage costs are not reimbursed.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

TAIAO & ORA will accept the return of faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our team through the website contact form.

16. Binding Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate — If we are unable to resolve a Claim through the mandatory informal dispute resolution process, you and TAIAO & ORA agree that all Claims between you and us will be resolved entirely through the binding individual arbitration process.

Jury Waiver and Limitation of Rights — You and we agree that, by agreeing to arbitrate any Claims, the parties are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or a trial before a judge in court.

Class Action and Representative Action Waiver — You and we agree that each may bring Claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

17. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TAIAO & ORA, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement.
